About Michael Leb
Michael joined the insurance industry in 2008. He quickly realized the industry could benefit from improvements. That’s when his vision became clear; deliver transparent, integrity-based solutions and provide a better insurance experience. In 2009, LEB Insurance Group was built, and today, LEB has grown into a national group of top insurance advisers with passion and dedication to the industry and the clients they serve.
Michael also enjoys developing technology and products that advance and enhance the insurance and financial markets. He has helped build industry-leading systems so that agencies can spend less time dealing with administrative tasks and more time assisting their clients effectively.
About Sarah Leb
Sarah Leb joined the insurance industry in 2009. She and her husband shared a vision for the insurance industry and started an independent agency out of their home. Together they grew LEB Insurance Group into the national group of top insurance advisers that it is today.

Today, Sarah has established herself as one of the top insurance agents in the nation and maintains a book of business with over 900 clients across 45 states. It is her mission as an agent to create the best possible experience for her clients, giving them the confidence that they’re protected where it’s needed most and always being there when they need her.

Darin is a twenty-three-year veteran of law enforcement. During his career with the Phoenix Police Department, he was involved in patrol, training, SWAT, gang enforcement, robbery, and general investigations. For ten years Darin served as a Sergeant. He now extends his dedication for law enforcement by helping those who served.
